Q: How do I book you for my wedding?
A: Your wedding date is reserved once I receive your signed contract and retainer fee. Please contact me at michelle@michellelynnweddings.com to inquire. If I am available for your date, we will set up a time over Zoom or a phone call to get to know each other, go over details of your wedding day, review collections, and answer any questions you may have.
Q: What do your packages include?
A: Because every wedding is unique, each wedding collection is fully customized to perfectly fit your day. Wedding pricing starts at $3900 for 6 hours of coverage with Michelle. Most couples invest between $5400 and $6500 for our most popular wedding photography collections for 8-10 hours of coverage with Michelle and a second photographer. Some collections include albums and wall art. All wedding photography collections include a complimentary engagement session, USB drive of high-resolution edited photos with printing rights, password-protected online gallery for your photos with high-resolution digital downloads, customized wedding photography timeline, location scouting and recommendations, and a complimentary print credit.
Customized hourly micro-wedding collections ranging from 4 to 6 hours are also available ($2500-$3900)
Add-ons include extra coverage hours, bridal shower and rehearsal dinner coverage, print wedding albums, parent albums, and wall art.
Q: Are you willing to travel? Do you shoot destination weddings?
A: I love to travel! Travel rates are factored into destination wedding collections.
Q: When will we receive our photos?
A: Photos are guaranteed within 8 weeks after your wedding.
Q: How many images do you typically deliver?
A: I deliver between 50-100 images per hour for weddings, and about 50 images per hour for engagement shoots. Please be aware that these numbers may vary depending on the flow of the day and the number of events that need to be photographed.
Q: Do you edit all of the images you deliver?
A: Yes, all images are edited for color correction, contrast, tones, brightness and density.
Q: How will we receive our images?
A: You will receive a USB flash drive of edited high-resolution images and access to an online gallery with digital downloads.
Q: What rights do we have to the digital prints?
A: You have personal usage rights, which gives you the right to reprint images and display your images online however you wish to. However, you may not re-edit images, sell your images for profit or publish your images without the written consent of Michelle Lynn Weddings.
Q: Do you have liability insurance?
A: Yes, I do. I carry a $1,000,000 liability policy. Please let me know if your venue needs a Certificate of Insurance.
Q: Do you shoot anything else besides weddings?
A: Yes, I do! I have experience in many fields of photography including portraiture, corporate events and commercial photography. Please let me know what you have in mind.
